IVORYSUN CI delivers to the following areas:

🏙️ Abidjan

Delivery available in all municipalities of the Abidjan Autonomous District.

🏖️ Assinie

Delivery available throughout the area:

  • Assinie-Mafia
  • Assinie Village
  • Assinie France

🇨🇮 Rest of Côte d'Ivoire

We deliver to all inland cities via partner carriers (STS, GIG, Air Ivoire Cargo, etc.).

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to:

  • ECOWAS countries: Ghana, Mali, Burkina Faso, Senegal, etc.
  • Central Africa: Select countries available
  • Europe: France, Belgium, Italy, Germany, etc.

Rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Processing and Delivery Times

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

This timeframe includes:

  • Payment validation
  • Order preparation
  • Dispatch to the carrier

Abidjan

Fees vary by municipality and will be calculated at checkout.

Assinie & Inland

Fees are calculated based on the chosen carrier.

International

Automatic calculation based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight
  • Available carrier

Customs & International Taxes

Important

For shipments outside Côte d'Ivoire:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or potential additional fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • Delivery times may be extended if the package is held by customs.
  • IVORYSUN CI has no control over these procedures.

Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number is sent to the customer (if provided by the carrier).

Customer Responsibilities

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

The customer is responsible for the shipping information provided. In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address resulting in the package being returned, reshipment fees will be at the customer's expense.

Unclaimed Package

If the package is not collected from the carrier or pick-up point, it will be returned to IVORYSUN CI. Return fees will be at the customer's expense.

Package Damaged or Opened upon Delivery

If the package is damaged or opened upon receipt:

  • The customer must report it immediately to the delivery person or carrier.
  • And contact IVORYSUN CI within 24 hours with photos/videos of the package.

⚠️ Any claim made after this deadline cannot be processed.
